1. Zero Liability: We (Hstock) are NOT responsible for the digital goods, accounts, or services you sell. You assume all legal and financial liability for the items listed in your store.
2. Fraud Prevention: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, scams, or stolen goods. If our automated systems or support team detects any suspicious activity, we reserve the absolute right to close your store instantly without prior warning.
3. Fund Holds: In the event of an account closure due to suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these terms, we have the right to freeze and hold all your funds for a minimum of 60 days pending investigation.
4. Replacements: Sellers must honor their warranty terms and provide replacements for invalid goods. Failure to maintain a satisfactory rating will result in account termination.
